Hunter Lawrence Joins 450 Class

Australian racer Hunter Lawrence will compete in the 450 class for the 2024 season with Team Honda HRC. He’ll participate in the AMA Supercross, AMA Pro Motocross, and SuperMotocross series. The 24-year-old, who clinched titles in the 250SX East Region and 250 outdoor series last season, will race the Honda CRF450RWE, joining forces with his brother, Jett Lawrence.

Originating from Landsborough, Queensland, Australia, Hunter has a diverse racing background, including competitions in Australia and Europe before joining American Honda’s Factory Connection in 2019. He stepped up to Team Honda HRC in 2021 and has since been a standout performer, bagging championships in both the indoor and outdoor series in 2023.

Hunter Lawrence is eager about his transition to the premier class, feeling confident in his compatibility with the CRF450RWE. He looks forward to competing alongside his brother on the more powerful bike and is optimistic about the upcoming season, starting with Anaheim 1.
